As a member services coordinator at the Gallup Federal Credit Union, you’ll join our team of financial experts who come to work every day ready to serve our Gallup employees and their families. We know that the key to any successful credit union is member loyalty, and we’re looking for someone who thinks the same.
In your role, you’ll help members on their journey toward financial wellbeing by processing deposits, balancing daily transactions, building strong relationships and educating members on financial offerings. This role entails processing member account transactions (including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers), balancing daily transactions and ensuring accuracy of dates, bank names, identification, and other details in legal documents.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience required, previous credit union or banking experience a plus
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
