Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic team player to join their team as a full-time Member Service Representative in multiple locations in the Charleston, SC area. The Member Service Representative is responsible for building good member relations and providing courteous service to all members. The Member Service Representative is responsible for cross-selling credit life, credit disability, GAP, and Warranty to members and consistently meet their goals as it pertains to cross-selling and referrals to support the Branch Manager. The Member Service Representative must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, problem solving skills, and experience with building new business by outbound calling. In addition the Member Service Representative will interview member loan applicants and send loans to Centralized Lending for approval or denial and prepares/mails adverse action notices to members. Minimum of three years’ previous experience in sales, retail, customer service and demonstrated selling/cross-selling skills required. Lending experience is a plus.
