Our Glenville and upcoming Brunswick branches are looking for a new team members. The primary purpose of this position is to provide WOW service while accurately processing transactions daily and researching member questions as needed. Member Service Representatives cross-sell all credit union services to qualified members whenever possible while attaining established goals.
Branch hours: must have flexibility to work rotating Saturdays with option for time off during the week. Actual shift may vary based on branch opening/closing/balancing needs.
Monday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Wednesday: 10:00am – 4:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
The ideal candidate will have a High School/GED or higher plus prior customer service experience, ability to build relationships with our members, acclimate to new technology and strong attention to detail.
