We offer Fixed Rate, ARMs, SONYMA, FHA, VA/USDA, Construction and end loans, 203k etc.
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop relationships with outside leads of the credit union to increase mortgage purchase and refinance applications.
Candidates must have willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and able to travel to all branches and outside mortgage locations when needed. Reliable transportation including a valid NYS Driver’s License.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Prior mortgage experience with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. This position requires excellent communication and time management skills.
For a specific duration, while ramping up mortgage volume, staff would receive bi-weekly compensation plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of that time, the compensation plan will change to commission minus a bi-weekly draw. Commission will be paid on all leads however the main focus is on self-generated leads. Eligible for annual loan volume bonus based on the calendar year.
