- 0-1 years of sales experience required, willing to train enthusiastic candidate
- Must possess strong communication skills with enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful customer service drive.
- Strong work ethic and desire to be successful and close deals.
- Strong sales propensity with strong core value priorities.
- Salary is heavily based on commission. You can make as much as you want!
- Responds to callers making inquiry about services or to book a move through the company.
- Collaborative with other departments to ensure a positive and stellar customer experience.
- Prepares accurate and complete moving estimates and quotes over the phone in accordance with company standards and pricing minimums.
- Follow pricing guidelines as established by the company and ensures that all customer information is entered and collected accurately and thoroughly.
- Refers leads to outside sales team for jobs that require on-site estimates.
- Maintains relationships with customers to create opportunities for future and sustainable business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance standards by reaching and exceeding monthly goals/budget.
- Completes sales paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Document all estimates with any special packing and delivery instructions, etc.
- Professionally and thoroughly communicates all customer expectations to the Customer Service Coordinator and the operations/dispatch team as appropriate.
- Perform follow-ups on pending estimates and maintain information with the company’s proprietary software/operations management system.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
part of salary is based on commission
