Frisco office of our client seeks associate attorney with 5+ years of experience practicing in the areas of municipal law. The candidate provides legal services encompassing a wide range of municipal laws with minimal supervision. Attends city council meetings and transactional work involving land use and developmental regulations, municipal ordinances and resolutions, economic development, contracts, open records requests and real estate transactions. Prior employment in a law firm representing local governmental entities or in a municipality and familiarity with local government processes is a plus.
