Landauer Medical Physics (LMP) is hiring a National Practice Director - Onsite Imaging Physics to lead the nationwide Onsite Imaging Physics team, consisting of five Regional Directors, with an annual revenue of approximately $10M. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience delivering services to healthcare clients and 2+ years of experience in an imaging physics environment. Management and leadership skills with large teams an advantage, and experience with budgets & financials (e.g., P&L) is required. Sales skills are a plus. Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiological Physics or Nuclear Medicine Physics is a plus. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: + Operate the daily business of the Onsite Imaging Physics practice. + Work with the Director of Quality and Compliance to implement standard work processes for imaging physics. + Develop plans & processes for scaling the business to $20M annual revenue. + Ensure employee engagement so LMP becomes a highly desired place to work. + Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet operational requirements from senior leadership. + Ensure LMP client satisfaction via NPS or other metrics. + Work with senior management and other groups to define the appropriate standards, policies, procedures, software toolsets, and supporting infrastructure to facilitate the management, accountability, functionality, and security of the onsite physics business. + Work with client staff, vendors, and other groups to resolve client problems. + Pursues opportunities for personal improvement, demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to work process change, makes decisions and takes appropriate actions to solve problems and improve the quality of care and service provided to our clients. Mandatory Competencies: + Shows a commitment to serve the client; aligns organizational objectives and practices with client interests. + Demonstrated experience in the hospital/healthcare environment. + Demonstrated expertise and experience in financials + Excellent problem solving, and decision-making skills are essential. + Good presentation, oral communications, and writing skills are essential. + Demonstrated ability to sell services to clients to grow the business. + Manage the team to meet revenue, gross margin, and operating profit goals. + Develops new insights into situations quickly; questions conventional approaches; encourages new ideas and innovations; designs and implements new or cutting-edge programs/processes. + Experience with deployment of HIPAA/HITECH compliant services. Desired Competencies: + Experience with software development and process automation. + Experience with machine learning or neural networks. Education: A master's degree in a technology-related field is preferred, but a bachelor's degree is acceptable with significant experience. One or more appropriate technical certifications are plus.
