Apex Systems, the nation's 2nd largest IT staffing firm is in need of a Voice Engineer. Candidate needs to have enterprise experience and be hands on with both CUCM (Cisco Call Manager) and UCCx (Cisco Contact Center Express).
This is NOT an admin role!
This is a 3 month contract - hire position position with a reputable company in the Charlotte, NC area.
The Voice Engineer is responsible for collaborating with a diverse team supporting company's critical and fast-paced systems in a distributed network environment.
This role will build/configure/maintain on premises and remote site voice networks, complete escalated tech support tasks and tickets. The engineer will ensure voice functionality and compliance with new security or performance requirements.
