Network Engineer at DISCOVERY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, INC.

Currently, we are seeking a network technician with 3-5 years of  experience and a solid background in configuration/maintenance/troubleshooting of firewalls, LAN/WAN configuration, servers (physical & virtual). 

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years technical support experience resolving user issues
2. Significant firewall experience; Fortinet required
3. Computer connectivity, Network configuration, and remote connectivity troubleshooting and repair experience
4. Good communication and customer support skills
5. Excellent telephone communication skills
6. Adept at learning new strategies, acquiring new technical skills, gaining knowledge and willingness to develop professional expertise
7. Professional appearance and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to successfully interact in a variety of situations with clients, executives, and other team members
9. I.T. related Associates Degree or higher
