The Nurse Manager, Clinical Resources manages the clinical nursing supervisors, RN and Nursing Assistant float pools, nursing staffing office and bed census management and maintains quality both to improve workflow and support the nursing staff.  

Requirements: BSN and  three years of progressively responsible, relevant clinical experience.  Current New York State RN license and professional certification in a related nursing specialty.
