About the Job
The Client Nurse Practitioner delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. Care is documented via computerized electronic health record. This position reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager.Client is a division of ***. Our clinic practice locations are located inside select Client Pharmacy and Target Stores. We are reinventing pharmacy with innovation, collaboration, caring, integrity, and accountability. Position Summary:
Provide clinical oversight for testing services in a unique COVID-19 patient testing environment, including but not limited to onsite employer clinics, mobile sites, and onsite retail locations
Duties:

Experience:
Required Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing and active in the state where they are hired, Current National Board Certification, Family Practice, A minimum of 6 months of recent and relevant Nurse Practitioner of which Primary Care experience in either a family medicine or primary care practice, preferred, Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task, Proven Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility, Demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously, Proven proficiency with information management and technology, Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues as necessary to provide quality care, Depending on the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in Spanish may be required, Preferred Qualifications: 2 - 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred, Providers will be assigned a primary site, however, are expected to travel to and staff other locations within a manager-defined area as needed by the business, While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to move about and interact with customers, sit, write, operate the computer and phone, speak intelligibly, and has the ability to listen
Education:
Completion of Masters Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required, License: Nurse Practitioner (Required)
