Duties include taking patient histories, performing examinations, making assessments and ordering lab work.

Responsibilities include: diagnosis, treatment, consultation and follow-up care, medication orders, and interpreting results of clinical tests while collaborating with a supervising physician with the goal of delivering comprehensive care that improves patients' quality of life and prevents unnecessary re-admissions to acute settings; provides triage services; maintains accurate medical records through our electronic health records system.
- Current California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License or certified CNM
- Current and unrestricted DEA license
- Strong interest in caring for a diverse, multi-cultural patient population
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred
- Community health center experience preferred
