Westminster College, New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. Westminster College invites applicants for a full-time, faculty position in the Department of Nursing to begin teaching in the fall semester of AY 2019-2020 at the rank of assistant professor or instructor. The candidate must have an earned Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and have at least five years of teaching experience within an accredited nursing program. Appointment to the tenure-track position is available to candidates who will have earned a doctorate degree in a Nursing or a related field by position start date. The primary responsibility for the position will be teaching 400-level Nursing courses within the College' s RN to BSN/Post-licensure Program. The position includes the opportunity to teach other courses for undergraduate students such as general education courses that are part of the First Year Program. The successful candidate will also be expected to advise students, engage in research or scholarship, and provide service to the College community. The ideal candidate should have experience with the CCNE accreditation process.
