*Must submit to a PPD test annually.
*Annual Fire/Safety training
*Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
*Must have high school diploma or GED
*Must have taken, or be willing to take and pass the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe course.
*Cooking experience is necessary.

Demonstrates knowledge, skills, and behaviors appropriate to the populations served, and based on specific criteria and/or age specific considerations as follows:
*Must be able to choose and prepare foods of appropriate consistency for all age groups.
*Must be able to choose utensils and dishware appropriately for all age groups.
*Must be able to interact appropriately with all age groups during service in the cafeteria.
For physical demands of position including vision, hearing, repetitive motion and environment
