We are an importer B2B company currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Admin Assistant to help in our day to day operation. The ideal candidate is a great communicator in English both written and verbally and have a great positive and clear phone voice.
Process incoming orders from order entry to invoicing with accuracy.
Handle inbound calls and emails for order confirmation, status of orders & proof of deliveries.
Track orders using freight portals.
Issue and/or revise quotes as needed.
Skill and knowledge
Strong prioritizing and organizing abilities
Professional and able to work well independently as well as a team player
Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft environment
Detail oriented and highly organized
College degree preferred, but not necessary
At least 2 to 3 years office work experience
