Job Description Eden Enterprises is a vertically integrated cannabis company with interests including retail, cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an organized, self-motivated office administrator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks such as answering calls, organizing mail, and providing administrative support to Eden’s executive team. As you will provide office support and coordinate office activities, a positive attitude and attention to detail are a must. Office Administrator Duties and Responsibilities · Support executive team with daily administrative tasks. This may include, but not limited to, calendar management, meeting scheduling and travel arrangements. · Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed · Maintain an organized and clean office environment · Create, update, and maintain personnel records, financial records, legal files and other records/data · Organize catering, coffee, or other refreshments as needed · Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair and updates · Plan and oversee disaster and emergency procedures · Organize special functions and social events · Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient · Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials as needed · Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support Office Administrator Requirements and Qualifications · High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred · Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field · Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must. · Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment · Willingness to learn and to grow with the company · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Experience working within an evolving and entrepreneurial company culture PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS · Able to get things done in a quick-paced, start-up environment · High degree of integrity and trustworthiness · Absolute commitment to client service and customer satisfaction · Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organization's goals · Highly entrepreneurial w/a high level of energy, dedication and an unrelenting drive to succeed/win Eden Enterprises is headquartered in Oakland, California.
