The CSI Companies is actively seeking an Office Assistant for a contract to hire position in Clearwater, FL. We are seeking candidates that are looking to grow their career with a national company.
All candidates must be comfortable working independently and taking on additional tasks as needed.
- General office administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, mailing and faxing correspondence
- Assist with calendaring, organizing and maintaining files
- Answer phones, receptionist duties
- Providing high quality administrative and secretarial support in a timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of documents
- Associates degree in business administration or related field
- One to three years of secretary/administrative assistant experience
- Commensurate combination of education and experience will be considered
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be motivated, self-starter and be able to work independently
- High level of dependability in completing assigned tasks and following through on assignments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
