To complete a variety of specialized duties that support functional operations. The duties in the department specialist job family focus on tasks and/or work that are unique to the department and require knowledge and skills that are beyond what are required for general office work. Must have strong Word and Excel experience. Prior billing experience in all A/P, A/R, Credits,Invoicing . Will assist in Marketing Word experience is very important when assisting this dept..Suppliers please test for excel if able. This position requires experienced excel and word users. This is a part time position 30-32 hours weekly.
