ResponsibilitiesPerform basic networking, IP configuration, and print device management software setup and monitoring. Provide server-based support for print audits and security monitoring. Set up and maintain scan-to-folder or scan-to-Sharepoint work flows on multi-function devices. Install and setup hardware and software of single and multi-function print devices. Perform preventative and routine maintenance services on single and multi-function print devices. Provide oversight of vendor technical support for consistency in technology solutions. Provide exceptional guest service to a wide range of users.

- Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
