AdCare Hospital Outpatient Boston is seeking an Office Manager with uncompromising dedication to quality customer service and office efficiencies. May be some travel to other outpatient offices. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Outpatient Services will build a team of front end staff who will excel in the delivery of office and patient support services.
Provides direct supervision of front desk administrative staff which results in high quality service and full compliance with office procedures. Trains all system front desk staff in processes and procedures. interviews new candidates, provides professional direction to staff, and recommends appropriate action or performance review feedback. payments and insurance processes are followed and conducted on a timely basis, consults with billing department on any issues regarding client billing. Works to support clinical staff to assure that records are completed accurately for billing and that scheduling is filled accurately. Minimum of 2 years business office experience, preferably in human services. Medical billing experience preferred, BA preferred, CPR required within 30 days of hire.
All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC) and a CORI background records check.
