The principal responsibility of the Insurance Compliance Coordinator is maintaining Time Insurance Company II’s timely compliance, throughout the year, with all insurance-related regulatory filings required by each state and Puerto Rico. The Company is willing to train a candidate provided they meet the other critical requirement of being a team member who can timely, effective and accurately complete specific tasks.
Examples of these responsibilities include the scheduling and timely and accurate maintenance, completion and filing of (1) all company information on file with the Insurance Commissioner’s office of each state and Puerto Rico; (2) various state compliance certificates; (3) all state licenses; (4) certain exhibits to the company’s Statutory Statements; (5) Market Conduct Annual Statements; (6) health insurance enrollment data; and (6) similar data and forms.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing filings related to the scheduling and payment of state Premium Taxes and the management and reporting of Unclaimed Property Claims (a third party consultant files all).
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, we are seeking a bilingual college graduate with strong communication skills, including excellent English (speaking, reading and writing), and meaningful experience with Word and Excel.
