PRC Resources is searching for an ambitious and highly-organized Office Manager / Executive Assistant with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as we grow our presence in the San Antonio market. As Office Manager / Executive Assistant, you will directly support the Executive Team in San Antonio and serve as a liaison between teams in Houston and Midland, TX. This is a part-time role with the potential for rapid growth into a full-time position.
Office Management: Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; expense reporting; bookkeeping, controlling correspondence; designing and implementing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; performing and managing clerical functions.
Project Management: Work independently on projects from conception to completion. Must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on assigned actions.
Senior Management Liaison: Support the Executive Team by coordinating and managing staff/client meetings, team off-sites, and company events – scheduling, preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and mitigating any possible issues or problems.
Strategic Initiatives: Coordinate outreach activities. Follow up on contacts and support the cultivation of ongoing relationships. Edit and create external correspondence and publications. Research, prioritize and follow up on special projects.
