OKR Program Leader
Our OKR Program Leader will work directly with top-level executive teams and business unit leadership teams to help them drive to radical clarity on their objectives and key results. This step is crucial to enabling strategy execution aligned to our aspirations. This role will be responsible for cascading the rollout of the OKR program from the eTeam to their directs and lower levels of the organization.
Once rolled out the OKR Program Leader will oversee the timeliness of the recurring OKR process to be refreshed quarterly and ensure alignment of OKRs throughout the organization. This role will be responsible for helping to identify interdependencies between departments which create potential for shared OKRs. The OKR Program Leader will own the Sabre OKR Standards including the OKR tool and ensure compliance across the organization. This role will represent the business in coordinating with technical teams to further mature the levels of automation in the OKR tool (eg integrations with Salesforce, Rally, etc) to ensure efficiency and scale. The OKR Program Leader will advise leaders on how to run more effective meetings using the OKR tool and OKR principles.
Bachelors degree in related field required; MBA strongly preferred
Minimum 10 years related experience required
6 years of internal or external strategy consulting (McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture, Bain or similar) strongly preferred
Strong managerial and leadership skills, and at least 2 years of experience leading teams (including coaching and mentoring teammates)
Able to provide timely, actionable feedback, guidance and coaching that is well received by your audience.
Experience leading and influencing across all levels of the organization, primarily among the top 2 levels.
Comfortable in executive conversations, and experience leading workshops with CxOs and SVPs
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders, partners and executive leaders
Demonstrates exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates an ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a demanding work load
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listener with ability to credibly and confidently engage executives.
Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to quickly think on his or her feet
Savvy in metrics and results measurement, understands difference between activity and results
Polished presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Business savvy, with strong interest and experience in areas of strategy development, linking strategy and execution, operational excellence, and developing high performing teams
Results oriented problem solver with excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
