Operational Reporting Analyst at Wellpath

The Operational Reporting Analyst will use analysis to provide recommendations based on his or her evaluation of data collected. The position will be willing to question the traditional assumptions and is always eager to expand and enhance their existing skill set.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field from an accredited college or university
• Master’s Degree preferred

Experience:

• 1 year of experience with data analysis preferably with a healthcare organization
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions

Licenses/Certifications:

• None required

• Produce monthly reporting package, which includes key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis
• Evaluate business performance by collecting, monitoring, and studying key information
• Deliver targeted recommendations by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through cost reduction and/or increased efficiency
• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
• Perform other duties as assigned.
