We are looking to hire a new Dispatch-Operations Team Member for our office located in Kings Park.
-Great Communication skills including making calls to clients and drivers
-Must be a team player, energetic, able to create solutions quickly
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to retain a lot of information
-Knowledge of general dispatch: routes / trucks / traffic / DOT rules of the road
-Assisting with Claims to furniture / vehicles.
-Knowledge of Freight Handling and MOVING a Plus
-Must create orders / learn systems
-Assist on a daily basis with the Furniture operation
-Work with Designer furniture / Antiques / Drivers / Quoting / Customers, and Satisfied Clients!
- 3 Years Dispatch/Operations - Moving Company - Experience
- DOT experience a plus
* Basic SPANISH a must - fluent Spanish a plus!
