Perform quarterly audits of equipment in all training rooms, ensuring support from local support resources, as needed. Manage the day-to-day operations of specific areas. Enlist suggestions from team for acquisition of materials on a quarterly basis. Manage yearly audit of team for North America.
Provide monthly usage metrics and eLearning resources. Help organize learning events - manages logistics, registrations, document services, etc.

Education Required: B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
