•Supervisory responsibilities – manages and supports subordinate supervisors in the direct manufacturing of products. Responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of those units. Carries out managerial responsibilities according to the organization’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assisting and directing, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
•Responsible for organizing, administering and directing a team approach among direct reports to maximize throughput, improve manufacturing products in a state of control and to control operating expenses.
•Responsible for developing a responsive, flexible manufacturing operation to meet the changing demands of our customer base.
