We are currently looking for an Administrative/HR associate with 3 to 5years of experience in General office Administration, employee communication, and HR related activities to help support our growth plans.

Roles and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities would include assistingHR/Sales Team in hiring IT consultants to be deployed on client assignment, building and maintaining effective ongoing relationship with consultants,and manage all Administrative, HR and support functions.
Assist in day-to-day Administrative&Staff-Support services such as new employee onboarding, conduct background checks on new employees/consultants, vendor& contract management, ongoing consultant coordination, managing online portal to maintain data of all employees and consultants up-to-date, reviewing new hire paperwork, Coordinating with ADP for payroll and benefits, maintaining employee files, immigration data, and other administrative tasks.
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in the IT industry, focusing on general HR and Administrative functions as well as employment coordination.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities at the same time
Must be self-driven and have strong desire to learn, meet company objectives and
Collect and compile data from multiples sources, analyze and integrate data to upload into accounting software
Ability to prioritize tasks with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective communication with employees, vendors and clients.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office products including Word and Excel. Ability to collate data in Excel using advanced excel features would be a definite plus.
Work independently with proactive approach and take ownership of tasks
Possess good interpersonal, problem solving and Analysis skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
