Optometry Opportunity - Portage/Baraboo Split
SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean's Divisions of Ophthalmology and Optometry are looking for one full-time optometrist to split time between the clinics in Portage and Baraboo, Wisconsin (20 minutes apart). The Portage Clinic has two full-time Optometrists and three part-time Ophthalmologists. The Baraboo Clinic currently has one part-time Ophthalmologist and three full-time Optometrists. Davis Duehr Dean Optometrists function at a high level, providing care to complex patients. Sub-specialists rotate through both clinics regularly, and are readily available for consults. This full time position will be 40 hours per week, including some Saturday mornings. Excellent compensation and benefits are provided.
