We are looking for a provider to practice part-time in any combination of the following locations:

• Gentle Dental Costa Mesa office - 2000 N. Harbor Boulevard, Suite B-100 Costa Mesa, CA 92627
• Gentle Dental Huntington Beach office - 501 Main Street, Ste A, Huntington Beach, CA 92648
• Gentle Dental Irvine office - 4950 Barranca Parkway, Suite 105 Irvine, CA 92604
• Gentle Dental Laguna Woods - 24102 El Toro Road, Ste A, Laguna Woods, CA 92653
• Gentle Dental Mission Viejo office - 25523 Marguerite Parkway, Suite C Mission Viejo, CA  92692
• Gentle Dental Orange office - 424 S. Main Street, Suite H, I, J Orange, CA  92868
• Gentle Dental Placentia office - 620 N Rosa Drive, Ste B, Placentia, CA 92870

Position Qualifications:

• Oral Surgery Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
