A Twin Cities medical device company is looking for an Outbound Call Center Representative to join their team immediately!
This innovative medical device company has been consistently growing and needs to bring on additional staff to help with that growth. This role is for marketing and sales oriented candidates that want a foot-in-the-door with a well-known, international company.
This is an immediate opening for a skilled customer service professional or entry-level sales or marketing representative to serve as an Outbound Call Center Representative responsible for making outbound calls to introduce new product campaigns and offers this innovative company is rolling out.
This company offers free parking at their modern Minneapolis facility.
Responsibilities:
-Place 100+ outbound marketing calls per day
-Calling End Users to determine need and match with product
-Build rapport with clients over the phone
-Perform data entry, and transfer calls
-Email communication
-Meeting established objectives and metrics
-Other administrative tasks as defined
-Handle inbound calls when needed
-Demonstrate a superior attitude
