Our Pharmacist, under general supervision, is responsible for the delivery and documentation of pharmaceutical care provided to patients using the medication use process (selecting, prescribing, dispensing, administration and monitoring of medications).
Is competent to work in any area of the Pharmacy.
BS Pharmacy or PharmD
One year work experience in hospital or infusion practice
Computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office
Registered pharmacist in the state of Arizona
Experience with handling and dispensing of parenteral chemotherapy
Experience with investigational protocols and medications
Experience with hospital EMR
