Bon Secours Primary Care Associates of Mechanicsville VA is currently interviewing Internal Medicine Physicians for our well-established outpatient practice.  Start Date as early as Mid-January 2020.

• 5 MD's and 1 NP-C in the practice
• Each provider has 1:1 LPN and shared MA-C
• M-F 8-5, Call 1:5, No nights or weekends
• Great support in the practice - Fulltime Referral Coordinator and Nurse Navigator in practice
• Strong practice leadership - strong teamwork environment
• Full lab service - CBC, thyroid, metabolic panels
• X ray, bone density scanning, joint injections, biopsy skin lesions, sports physicals, chronic conditions, comorbidities
• Large geriatric panel with high Medicare %
• Practice conveniently located off I-295 and near MRMC, 20 min from central Richmond
• Sign On Bonus, Relocation Paid, Medical Debt Assistance, Resident Stipend $3,000/month
• 2 year base guarantee before productivity model
