Stefanini Inc. is currently looking for a Project / Outreach Assistant!

The Outreach Assistant will be responsible for the delivery of customer facing outreach communication materials. They will receive packet specifications to be printed, assembled and distributed to customers in the applicable locations statewide per the week's schedule. Any significant findings while delivering outreach materials will be documented and communicated to ensure resolution and close out.

High School diploma

Customer service experience is preferred

Effective communication skill

Preferred skills include campaign canvassing, door to door delivery, bilingual not required but a plus

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Valid NJ Driver License

Ability to walk many miles per day - good physical condition

Ability to travel throughout service territory - reimbursement will be provided
