PART TIME ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST / BOOKKEEPER
Compensation - commensurate with experience.
MHMC, LLC is a Lakewood based specialty retailer with locations in Denver. We are searching for a Part-time bookkeeper for our Lakewood Corporate Office for approximately 20 hours per week. The Corporate Office is located near the intersection of Alameda Ave and Union St in Lakewood, Colorado.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Owning the Accounts Payable Process including Vendor Communications.
Compiling all Accounts Payable data for entry into Quickbooks.
Entering Accounts Payable daily in accordance with company standards.
Processing bi-weekly supplier payments as well as the occasional off-cycle check.
Supporting the Company Payroll Process.
Other Administrative and/or Accounting duties as time permits.
Must be proficient with Quickbooks.
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Bookkeeping/Accounting or Equivalent Experience preferred.
Good communication and people skills.
Ability to work independently.
Good administrative/organizational skills.
