Part-Time Administrative Assistant
If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we’re excited to talk with you. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without feeling overwhelmed.
Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics.
Conserve owner’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintain owner’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences and teleconferences.
Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepare presentations and reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
Coordinate travel for owner and family – airfare, hotel, car rental. Keep owner’s calendar updated with all travel agendas and details.
Update and make changes to PowerPoint presentations.
Experience in accounting / bookkeeping with QuickBooks.
Administrative writing and reporting skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organization, time management and verbal communication skills.
Real Estate or Title experience a plus.
