Responsible for greeting visitors and prospective students in a professionalmanner, and answering all incoming telephone calls.
This is a part-time position that will be used on an as-needed basis. (1x/month expected)

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) prefer associate's degree (A. A.)in business related field or two years previous work experience in officesetting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, andmemos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively presentinformation in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, andother employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using wholenumbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, andpercent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed butuninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problemsinvolving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have demonstratedknowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in addition to familiarityperforming research on the Internet.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. Specificvision abilities required by this job include depth perception and ability toadjust focus. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger,handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee isfrequently required to stand; sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The noiselevel in the work environment is usually moderate.
