Apex Systems is looking for a part-time (20 hours a week) admin to assist in our clients legal department for the next 2 months. This role is located in Boulder, CO and has the potential to be extended.
- Data Entry
- Organizing Files
- Checking Data for Accuracy within the Legal Department
- Other duties maybe assigned by department
- Education: HS or GED
- Experience: Previous Data entry experience or other capacity with HIGH attention to detail
- Able to work 20 hours a week
- Flexible schedule, 20 hours a week between M-F 8-5 business hours
- MS Office, Excel, data-entry into a CRM, organizing files with legal documents
