One of my clients located in Downtown Houston, a leading manufacturer of supplies chemicals, fibers and plastics for use in various commercial and industrial products is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join their team IMMEDIATELY! (Don't worry - the company will pay for your parking!)
The office of this company is immaculate! Very modern, clean environment with a fully stocked kitchen with sodas and water for all to partake that over looks an open atrium with greenery!
•Greet guests, clients and internal personnel in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner
•Answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate employee
•Assist with folding invoices, processing and sorting mail
•Creating shipment labels for FedEx and UPS
•Re-stocking/Replenishing Lounge/Break room with coffee, water and soda
•Ensuring all 3 copy rooms are fully stocked with office supplies
•Monitoring inventory levels of Office Supplies and other Break room essentials and report back to Office Coordinator what supplies need to be ordered
•Serve as the second set of eyes of the Office Coordinator for any Facilities Maintenance issues
•Validating Parking passes of guests and entering parking pass ticket numbers in to excel spreadsheet
Compensation for this position is up to $16.50/hr depending on your experience.
The hours for the position would be as follows:
•MONDAY - 12:30pm to 5pm
•TUESDAY - 12pm to 5pm
•WEDNESDAY - 12:30pm to 5pm
•THURSDAY - 12pm to 5pm
•FRIDAY - 12:30pm to 5pm
You may be required to work a full day depending on the office need. You must have an open/flexible schedule to be considered for the role.
Working hours: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
•Great Communication skills (both oral and written)
•Excellent organizational skills
•Friendly / Professional demeanor
•Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Receptionist or Office Coordinator
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
