As a part-time, 3-day/weekend Design Associate with Room & Board, you will inspire customers to create homes they love. We hire Design Associates from a broad spectrum of careers and life experiences, but they are first and foremost passionate about serving the customer.

- You embrace technology.You’re comfortable learning and leveraging technology (Apple iPad, Icovia floor planning software, custom point of sale system, etc.) to support your work, drive productivity and to enhance the customer experience.
- You are a lifelong learner. You seek out opportunities to build your knowledge and hone your craft.
Additional position requirements & qualifications:
- Previous sales experience.
- Available to work every Saturday & Sunday, plus one week day (day of week TBD) - 24 hrs/wk
- Available to attend 3 one-week, 40-hour on-site training sessions (we can offer some flexibility if needed).
