Part-time Sales Operations Consultant from Randstad

SALES ANALYST
Pay: $100/hr
Duration: 12/2 through March 2020
Location: Frisco, TX 75034, could also sit in Alpharetta or Brookfield
Schedule: Monday through Friday, part-time hours - 20 hours per week during regular business hours

Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Consultant is responsible for the efficient and effective support of the assigned Business Unit/Division sales organization
- Will work closely with multiple teams in the Business units to support Power BI Reporting and the Sales and Pipeline datasets
- Additionally will provide support as required to the Enterprise Sales Finance Reporting and Analytics team in the production and timely delivery of ad-hoc, daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting
- Create and automate reports, perform data analysis, and provide meaningful insights into business results and operational performance to support day to day sales operations and initiatives for the sales organization

**10% Travel required

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of sales analytics, including reporting on territory and pipeline, forecasting, and data quality metrics
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; detail and task oriented
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Effective communications with all levels within an organization
- Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail
