The Worldwide Consumer and Device Marketing Organization is searching for a Channel Marketing Manager to work on the Surface Channel Business. This position is responsible for supporting the Lead Surface Channel Marketing Director, the Surface business groups and the category team to orchestrate the development and execution of all retail programs across retail disciplines (Training, Visual Merchandising & Digital) and for guiding the local regional teams on local retail execution. This is a critical role that manages the channel marketing business and orchestrates all Surface retail activity across a large matrixed team. You'll have very strong collaboration skills, a talent for influence and impact through others, you'll have well-honed executive presence skills and the ability to bring others along to your point of view. You'll be excited by the task of driving a global business and not daunted by the fast pace and continual evolution. You'll be a relationship builder with a strong eye for scrutinizing retail marketing plans and attention to detail that enables stellar project management. Close partnership with the WW Surface Channel Marketing Director to ensure all retail disciplines build retail programs in line with direction you set, and on time according to the milestones you set. 2. Analytical & Insight 3. Procure and assimilate consumer behavior into insights within the context of your account's profile to drive informed marketing action plans. 4. Maximize ROI on future activities by measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns and promotions performance 5. Anticipate and discover competitor's activities, and adjust marketing programs to counter. 6. Analyze the partner's existing marketing capabilities in order to recognize and execute on specific local 7. Use results of analysis to learn from execution success and failures in order to optimize continued and future marketing efforts 8. Communication and guidance to the WW Subsidiary Retail Marketing Teams, with detailed guidance, consultation and 2 way dialogue to build the strongest retail execution plans 9. Executive representation for the Surface Consumer Retail Marketing Business **Qualifications** + The ideal candidate will have a 4-yr college degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years experience in consumer marketing + Analytical & Insight + Be able to effectively drive cross-group communication and cooperation, using project management, and organizational skills. + Prior experience in the consumer retail space is a definite bonus, being a self-starter, and a passion for technology is a must.
