Leading mid-sized firm with San Jose HQ seeks to augment its broad-ranging corporate transactions practice with a successful Partner in these arts, arriving solo or including complementary further professionals in a related practice group. Firm is a general practice with particular strengths in litigation, employment, tax, real estate, IP etc., such that spin-off work can be well handed-off and handled, and diverse current practice emphases accommodated. Compensation individually negotiated.

Ideal candidates will have strong relationships with regular clientele in tech and beyond, and skills across the realm of business transactions - in strategic advice, formations, M&A, governance, privacy and data protection, securities, financing and risk management. Outside GC work is welcome.

Further, the firm hires carefully to maintain a balanced, collegial practice environment its members truly enjoy. Eventual practice leadership possible; calendar flexible regarding start-time.
