About the Job
Oversees and supports daily activities of the Patient Access areas. Prepares work schedules, computes and records daily staff productivities, analyzes procedures in regards to improving service excellence and departmental efficiency. Works PAS reports, measuring quality registrations to ensure maximum reimbursement. Works closely with management in reference to annual performance evaluations, interviewing and disciplinary counseling. Performs in all areas in providing coverage as needed. Receives and disseminates clinical information as indicated. Shift details: Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings/nights. Hours and shifts may very. Must be flexible to accommodate departmental staffing needs.
