Position Located at Mercy Rehab Hospital in Chesterfield/St. Louis, MO
Our state-of-the-art facility was designed specifically for patients requiring in-patient rehabilitation services and offers programs that range from single therapies to comprehensive, multidisciplinary programs.
Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital provides rehabilitative care to patients and families utilizing a team approach. Our Treatment Team includes experienced Rehabilitation Nurses who provide excellent service and around-the-clock compassionate nursing care in an exceptional work environment.

Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patient’s highest level of wellness. Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals. Performs designated clinical procedures and nonclinical support tasks essential to providing care to the patient. Assists in unit operational support tasks or duties. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles and mercy standards.
Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- If you are not currently employed by Mercy Hospital St. Louis as a PCA/PCT or Behavioral Health Tech, you must be available to complete a full-time 2 week training class held Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30 pm, immediately upon hire. Upon successful completion of the class component, 100 hours of clinical department training are also required.
