As the Payroll - A/P Clerk, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process for all employees and ensuring it is completed in a timely manner. This could include collection of time sheets, reviewing for accuracy, data entry and processing new and terminated employee's. You will work in a fast paced environment with a high volume of AP processing and coding.
You will also provide support to the Bookkeeper/Business Office Manager on other duties that they may need assistance with completing.
Qualified candidates will preferably have a background with payroll and A/P in the long-term care and/or healthcare industry.
2 years' experience in the areas of Payroll and A/P is preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel) and various payroll systems are required.
