The O’Brien Family McDonald's is seeking a Payroll/Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-paced, growing team. We have 18 McDonald’s restaurants and around 1,000 employees.
Your responsibilities will be processing payroll, greeting visitors, processing mail, managing supplies, making travel arrangements and supporting our administrative team in all things clerical. All of this will be accomplished in a professional yet fun and collaborative environment.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Do you qualify?
To succeed with us, you’ll need the very best people skills, a positively professional, can-do attitude and some mad computer skills. To qualify for the position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years payroll experience.
Must pass a background check.
