Maintain and process payroll records and reports for accounting of salary/wages due, accruals, deductions, garnishments and other payroll functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes payroll for multi-state/multi-company payrolls
Maintain employee payroll deductions including garnishments and levies.
Process terminations per state requirements.
Respond to payroll questions and issues.
Compute wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions
Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly.
Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, processing confidential reports and documents.
Exercises individual judgment while dealing with potential or real troubles.

Understanding of child support and other wage withholdings.
Experience processing payroll for multi-state company.
Ability to perform (RCA) root cause analysis of issues to find ways to improve processes and eliminate defects.
Education and Experience:
UltiPro experience preferred.
Associate’s degree and/or payroll experience preferred.
