Actively seeking a multi-state Payroll Analyst. This opportunity offers professional exposure to the healthcare industry and the ability to work in a well structure corporate payroll department, allowing professional development and growth.

•Responsible for maintenance of weekly and bi-weekly payroll process documentation.
•Administer time keeping records for all company employees.
•Responsible for creating new earnings codes and managing the timekeeping system, personal time off (PTO) accruals.
•Handle the set-up of new codes for State Unemployment Insurance (USI), and local codes
•Process and distribute W-2 records.
•Resolve payroll discrepancies.
•Create payroll reports for management.
•Working directly with payroll vendor to resolve any discrepancies or system issues.
•Assist with auditing payroll reports on each payroll cycle to confirm proper wage, tax, and deductions.
•Monitor the accurate processing of associate changes (transfers, promotions and terminations, etc.)
•Ensure that payroll processes comply with internal and external rules, policies, laws and regulations
•Minimum 2 years' experience processing "HIGH VOLUME" payroll
•Custom to working in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
•Proficient user of Microsoft Excel. (VLOOKUP, pivot table, SUMIF function, etc.)
