Payroll Systems Technician at United Health Services

Position Overview:
- The customers served include the Disbursements Manager, Controller, United Health Services management, employees, local banks, various outside agencies, and the affiliated United Health Services entities. Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks relating to the processing of payroll functions. These services will be delivered in a quality fashion consistent with the positions segments and standards. Hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5 pm on "payroll weeks". Non-payroll weeks are Monday, Thursday, & Friday, 8am to 5 pm
Position Requirements
- Education/Experience
  - Required:
    - High School Diploma or equivalent.
    - Detailed oriented.
    - Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
    - 1 - 3 years strong data entry experience.
  - Preferred:
    - A.A.S. Degree.
    - Formal bookkeeping or accounting education.
    - 1 - 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping or related experience.
    - 1 year experience involved with the performance of payroll activities.
    - Previous experience with the United Health Services Payroll System.
